About Me
I am an experienced Senior IT Project Manager and Technology Consultant with extensive expertise in the FMCG, Retail and E-tail sectors. I have a strong background in developing product strategies, managing end-to-end sales technology operations and leading cross-functional teams. My skills include business development, technical management, reporting requirements and data analysis, B2B software and architectures, RDBMS systems and Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems.
I have a proven track record of enhancing processes through advanced Business Intelligence tools. My full-stack technology expertise includes C#, .NET, JavaScript, REST APIs, RDBMS, Microservices, BI Tools, PostGIS, Kafka, MQTT and SignalR, Docker, Kubernetes and Keycloak, ONNX and threat modelling with supply chain scanning, which enables me to drive end-to-end software development initiatives, from architecture to deployment.
The delivery rule does not change from one project to the next. Every decision carries its reasoning, its source and the method used to verify it, acceptance criteria are measured rather than asserted, and whatever is still open is written down as open.
